Essentials features of an e-commerce website
What features should I use for my website?

The sources that I have used to write this blog all agreed that there are some points that developers must do in order to get a number of satisfied customers. For instance , many e-commerce website creators spend an amount of time in these unnecessary and irrelevant features. These include, use of frames, consistency, cohesion, and amount of advertisement (Udo, G.J. and Marquis, G.P., 2002. 42(2), pp.10-16.). These four elements might not satisfy customers and have a rather negative affect on your website.
On the other hand, according to Udo, Godwin J., and Gerald P. Marquis focusing your attention on the download time can have a noticeable increase in your ranking. It can also be considered the most beneficial and prime reason for it. On top of that, designing an uncomplicated and straightforward way to navigate through the website can be considered neat and convenient. Also, you need to know how to use graphics. For example, being able to plan and construct a suitable user of graphic can grow your website. For this reason, consumers might plan to revisit it again, Lastly, interactivity can also partake a part in this.
Yoon et al.(2008) suggested that building a strong relationship with the customers can have a huge impact on your website. It was also mentioned in the article how "In addition, the findings confirm the relationships among perceived relationship investment, relationship quality, and behavioural loyalty, which indicates that the fundamental process of relationship building remains similar in the online environment". Which basically explains how the process of building a loyal relationship in real life stays the same online. Therefore, spending time to communicate with the customers can be very advantageous to you. In conclusion, taking these factors into consideration can assist you in gaining more positive remarks and getting higher rankings.
