 Advantages and disadvantages of Meta tags



In this blog I will talk about the advantages and disadvantages of Meta tags.

Advantages:

-They can be used to find information about a document.

-Create values to those properties.

-guarantee the developers and publishers that their material can be found when proper search is done.

-They help search engines focus on the necessary part of the page.





Disadvantages:

-There is no officially appointed or designated meta-tags.

-Meta tags can only be found as framework in HTML.

-Nothing can clarify what are meta tags and how they should be used.

-Some search engines do not use meta tags.

-The use of meta tags does not ensure that your page will be at the top.


Ways to overcome the Disadvantages:

-To overcome the disadvantages of meta tags the developer should have knowledge or background information on how to use it.

-The developers can spend more time on making sure that their website is good instead of focusing their attention on using meta tags.

-It is better to not relay only on meta tags to ensure that your website will gain popularity

I have also chosen websites that sell clothes since I am creating a similar website.    White Fox boutique: This product page is quite simple. Both the description and image are available and in good quality. And the description is short and simple. Also, you can easily navigate your way through the pages.
